We offer admission to applicants who appear to have a high potential for graduate study and who, with the benefit of a graduate education, are likely to contribute substantially to their academic or professional fields. Graduates of academic institutions who have completed bachelor’s degree programs are eligible for the degree programs (master’s degree and doctor’s degree).

Potential students are encouraged to contact first the professors working on the research fields of the students’ interest for further details and to be recommended as the candidates for the degree programs. Admission decisions for the candidates are based on a combination of factors, including academic degrees and records, the statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, test scores, and relevant work experience. Scholarships including tuition fees and living allowances can be awarded to highly qualified students. In-school dormitory may be arranged for the admitted students.
